Ingrédients pour Tarte chocolat et noix de pécan
- farine : 200 g
- beurre : 100 g
- sucre en poudre : 2 c. à soupe
- sel : 0.5 c. à café
- Pour la garniture :
- chocolat noir : 250 g
- noix de pécan : 100 g
- oeuf : 3
- crème liquide : 20 cl
Préparation pour Tarte chocolat et noix de pécan
Préparez la pâte :
versez la farine dans une jatte. Ajoutez le sel et le sucre puis le beurre en morceaux.
Travaillez du bout des doigts jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange sableux.
Versez la préparation sur le plan de travail et pétrissez avec la paume de la main en incorporant un demi verre d’eau.
La pâte doit être homogène, lisse et ne pas coller.
Faites une boule, emballez-la dans du film alimentaire et placez au frais une heure.
Préchauffez le four th.6 (180°C).
Etalez la pâte sur un plan de travail fariné puis garnissez-en un moule à tarte beurré.
Piquez le fond avec une fourchette et enfournez. Faites cuire 10 min puis sortez le moule du four. Laissez ce dernier allumé et baissez le thermostat à 4 (120°C).
Râpez le chocolat dans une jatte.
Faites chauffer la crème puis versez-la sur le chocolat en remuant jusqu’à ce qu’il soit fondu. Ajoutez les œufs un par un en mélangeant bien entre chaque.
Réservez quelques noix de pécan pour la décoration, mixez finement le reste.
Ajoutez-les au chocolat. Mélangez bien.
Versez la préparation au chocolat dans le fond de tarte, décorez avec les noix de pécan et enfournez.
Faites cuire 40 min.
Sortez la tarte du four, démoulez-la sur une grille et laissez refroidir avant de servir.

For a chocolate and pecan nut tart:

- double cream: 20cl
For the pastry:
Put the four in a bowl. Add the salt and the sugar, then the butter a little bit at a time.
Rub the mixture together with your hands until it is gritty.
Knead the mixture with the palm of your hand and add half a cup of water.
The pastry has to be consistent, smooth and not sticky.
Cover the pastry in cling film and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the pastry on a chopping board dusted in flour, then grease a tin with butter.
Pierce the pastry with a fork and put it in the oven. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 120°C for 15 minutes.
Grate the chocolate into a bowl.
Heat up the cream and then melt in the chocolate. Add the eggs one at a time mixing well after each one.
Save some of the nuts for decoration, crush the rest.
Add the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the tart and decorate with the pecan nuts.
Cook for 40 minutes.
Take out the tart and put it in the fridge before serving.
